Bookkeeper/procurement Assistant(New Grads Welcome)

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records using industry-standard accounting software.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members regarding financial matters.
- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite is a must.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite is a must.
**Salary**: From $17.17 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
