**Salary**: 80K to 90K

**Position Summary**

Toaga DevWorks Inc., a leading IT company specializing in custom business software development and consulting, is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll be instrumental in analyzing business processes, eliciting requirements, and collaborating with our development teams to deliver innovative software solutions that drive client success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to evaluate current business processes, identify technical and functional requirements, and pinpoint areas for improvement, ultimately developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for new solutions and process optimization.
- Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements using various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, use cases, user stories).
- Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensible functional specifications for developers and the project team.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide clear direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure that proposed and implemented solutions consistently meet defined business needs and requirements.
- Participate in and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforcing and redefining them as necessary to adapt to evolving needs.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Provide post-project implementation support to clients.
- Offer front-end and back-end support to clients, analyzing, investigating, and effectively resolving client issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and business analysis best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in an IT or software development environment preferred.
- 1 year of experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- A proven track record of following through on commitments and delivering results.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, display creativity, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.
