**HOURS OF WORK**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
The Data Analyst, Regulatory Reporting, is responsible for managing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of healthcare data to meet reporting requirements set by Ontario Health, CIHI, MOH, and other regulatory bodies. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making within PRHC by providing accurate, timely, and compliant reports. The Data Analyst collaborates extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain data governance, optimize reporting processes, and support organizational objectives.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in healthcare, business, data analytics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, ministry reporting, or a similar field.
- Health Information Management diploma (CHIMA certification) preferred.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Strong knowledge of healthcare databases, BI tools, and regulatory reporting (CIHI, MOH, WTIS, etc.).
- Epic Cogito reporting certification, Power BI, SQL expertise preferred.
- Experience with Ontario Health reporting frameworks preferred.
