Outside Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team,
specializing in on-premises laundry services for commercial and institutional clients. This role
involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored
have a strong B2B sales background, a deep understanding of the challenges facing on-premises
laundry operations, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- o Identify and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory or industry vertical.
- o Utilize various methods such as networking, cold-calling, and attending industry
- events to generate leads.
- Sales Target Achievement
- o Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve goals.
- Client Relationship Management
- o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- and personalized engagement.
- o Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate
- responses.
- Needs Assessment
- o Conduct initial consultations to understand client requirements and challenges.
- o Arrange for site assessments to gather detailed information for custom solutions.
- Proposal Development and Presentation
- o Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and service quotes.
- o Deliver professional presentations to key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Negotiation and Closing
- o Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, balancing their needs with company
- goals.
- o Close deals effectively, ensuring all paperwork and approvals are completed
- promptly.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting
- o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- o Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team on client activity and
- market conditions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- o Coordinate with operations, customer service, and other teams to ensure seamless
- delivery of services.
- o Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams for any ongoing service
- adjustments or issues.
- Compliance and Documentation
- o Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- o Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, contracts, and
- proposals, and support data management in the CRM as requested.
- Client Retention and Upselling
- o Focus on retaining existing clients through exceptional service and relationship
- management.
- o Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- **Skills**:
- Proven B2B experience in outside sales, preferably in the commercial laundry or service
- industry.
- A basic understanding of on-premises laundry operations and their unique challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the region as needed.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, with experience in B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of the designated territory and the network of potential clients in these
- areas.

Pay: $36,645.23-$45,000.00 per year
