Be responsible for ensuring data is entered timely and accurately into our freight management system._ - Generating the necessary paperwork for onforwarding activities._ - Work closely and communicate with other operational departments to ensure a smooth flow of operational processes._ - Ensure accurate and timely collation of transport documentation to produce freight distribution manifests._ **To be considered for this role you will require**: - Experience within data entry-based positions. - Fast and accurate entry/keying skills - Maintain a high attention to detail - A customer service focus and have a "can-do attitude" - A keen desire to succeed and assist with process initiatives - Proficiency in Microsoft office specifically with Excel - A driver’s license and vehicle to get to and from work **THE BENEFITS** - Full time role with flexible working hours and overtime opportunities - Package commensurate with experience and qualifications - Long term security and career opportunities - Work within a collaborative and experienced team - Interesting role with opportunities to innovate and contribute to continuous improvement Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19. - All independently owned and operated franchised businesses operate under the service brands’ marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, slogans, or other indicia of origin in connection with The Grounds Guys® franchise system within a specified geographical area.
