**Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records and supporting our operations through efficient data management. Your contributions will help ensure our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
**Accurately enter and update data in various databases and ERP systems.**
- Maintain organized records of information for easy retrieval.
- Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and clerical duties.
- Support order entry processes by inputting customer orders promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Qualifications**
**Proven experience in data entry or related field is required.**
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous clerical or office experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic math skills are a plus but not mandatory.
