The Data Entry Clerk will assist with entering a large amount of claim information into our policy administration system. They will create new records, update existing records, and generally ensure that the data in our system is up-to-date and accurate. The Data Entry Clerk will be reporting directly to the Director, Underwriting & Risk.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**
- Input claim information into our policy administration system to ensure accuracy of recordkeeping
- Update existing records based on re-adjudicated decisions
- Ensure supporting documentation is uploaded
- Monitor the claim inbox on a regular basis; escalate any issues as needed
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Completed post-secondary degree or in progress
- Data entry experience preferred

**SKILLS & CORE COMPETENCIES**
- Strong attention to detail, thorough, high degree of accuracy
- System-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible to navigate a fast-paced and changing environment
- Eager to learn and develop professionally

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
