Fleming College, Toronto Programs is a public college-private partnership between Fleming College Canada (FC) and (Trebas), with academic delivery and student support services managed by Trebas.

FCT is currently seeking a Student Engagement Coordinator who has the commitment and drive to help students achieve their greatest success. The incumbent will be part of the student services team who is committed to providing ongoing support and guidance to all students, in addition to providing a high level of accuracy, commitment, and integrity in serving all key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Plans, coordinates, promotes, and executes student events, workshops, celebrations, and other activities both on/off campus and virtual, in collaboration with Student Services.
- Develops, coordinates, and implements the event schedule and communication plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and Marketing to promote, advertise and execute student activities and events.
- Conducts live orientation webinars for all new students to explain university resources, share student events and activities, and encourage engagement.
- Pro-actively advises and acts on potential events, marketing, and communication opportunities specific to the relevant student population.
- Retrieves, compiles and reports on student data including statistics and trends relating to student events and activities.
- Creates, develops, and implements actionable strategies to improve student engagement.
- Monitors and adheres to the Canadian Government rules and regulations for events, capacity limits, vaccination requirements, and any other COVID-19 related measures.
- Creates and maintains relationships with new and existing housing accommodation partners for the purpose of securing affordable, convenient, and trustworthy accommodation options for international students.
- Handles large volume of student communication in an efficient and professional manner.

**Required Experience**
- 2-3 Years of event planning and execution
- Basic knowledge of post-secondary operations
- Working with students or young adults

**Asset - not required**:

- B2B relationship experience
- Basic understanding of marketing
- Knowledge or experience with housing & accommodations
