**Shift Time**
- Shift Range: 11:00 to 22:00
- 4 or 5 days a week

**Job Duties**
- Make various Japanese sushi based upon a high volume of food orders.
- Prepare food materials, such as raw fish, meat, food garnishments, and eating utensils.
- Double-check the presentation of the dishes.
- Ensure all the raw materials are handled and stored properly based upon food safety regulations.
- Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed on time.
- Help to maintain the tools and equipment used in the workplace.
- Participate in monthly or weekly cleaning and staff meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Be good at using knives.
- Be positive and can work at a fast pace and under pressure.
- Be flexible for working and rotating shifts
- Be creative in creating new dishes
- Be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
