Labourer / Driver

Global Machine & Supply Inc. was established in 1997, with vast experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, we are able to deliver extensive knowledge and experience to our customers. Global Machine & Supply Inc. is dedicated to providing customers with quality products and service. We not only machine fittings and flanges, we also manufacture spectacle products, bleed rings, and various pipeline related products.

Global Machine & Supply Inc. is currently seeking a motivated individual as a Labourer / Driver for a permanent full time position.

**Job Requirements**:

- Delivering and picking up products with a 1 ton truck and securing loads accordingly.
- Maintaining shop cleanliness.
- Emptying chip bins and garbage bins.
- Grinding and deburring as required.
- Cleaning, painting and packaging products for shipment.
- General shop helper.
- Safely moving products throughout the shop using forklifts, pallet jacks or by hand.
- Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks.
- Ability to be organized and keep work areas clean.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s licence with current drivers abstract.
- Knowledge in oil field products an asset.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable.
- Ability to read and interpret English.
- Must be able to follow directions and perform work accurately and thoroughly.

**Physical Demands**
- Regularly stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.

**Salary**: Negotiable based on experience & knowledge.

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
