**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GTA and surrounding areas, with a focus on aftermarket service sales for industrial doors and docks.
- **Customer Outreach**: Actively reach out to potential clients, introducing Wilcox’s services, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Process Management**: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing, ensuring an efficient and professional experience for each client.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and client requirements, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activity, performance metrics, and market trends to the leadership team.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3+ years in outside or aftermarket sales, preferably in industrial services, construction, or a related field.
- **Education**: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Self-Motivation**: Results-driven with strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas (driver’s license required).
