**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, addressing inquiries or redirecting as necessary.
- Schedule and arrange meetings with clients.
- Respond to client's communications
- Maintain organized filing systems and office documents
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Support the office team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and inter-personal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in computer systems and standard office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $19.27-$19.90 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
