**Position Title**: Office/House Keeper

**Reports to**: Sr. Leader of Operations

**Job Type**: Part time, permanent - 9:00am - 3:30pm Daily - 5.5 hours Mon-Fri (1 hour unpaid break for lunch)

**Location**: Brampton, Ont

**Hourly Range**: $31.00 - $36.00

**Purpose**:
Office/House Keeper will play a critical role in the maintenance and general condition of the Office space with regards to the cleanliness of the space designated for Plexxis Software and all common areas within the building. The position requires strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and part of a team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform general/routine custodial duties, including the following:

- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (Laundry, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen & restroom cleaning etc.)
- Order and maintain office supplies including groceries and general office supplies.
- Proper Garbage/Recycling Disposal
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Ensure Gym equipment is functional and clean and needed repairs are performed or reported
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

- Work in a team environment at the Plexxis
- Maintaining a positive, professional attitude & constant team/mission support
- Welcomes challenge and embraces changes that can occur in day to day responsibilities.
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Reliable
- Ability to work after hours/weekends (if rarely needed)
