**About the Role**
- We're hiring for casual and 15 hours guaranteed/weekly house cleaners who can work some evenings and weekends, on rotation.
- This is an employment position, not contract or cash work. That means we take out income tax and make Employment Insurance and Canada Pension Plan contributions and put money in your bank account on a weekly basis.
- Use our company vehicle to drive to and from client homes with 1-3 additional colleagues.
- We will provide and take care of all cleaning supplies - no need to wash cloths or vacuums.
- We care about quality over efficiency and doing a job well the first time; we'll provide training and ongoing support to ensure you can be your best.
**Total Compensation**
- **Base Pay**:$17.50 - $20.00/Hour starting pay with ability to make up to $25.00/Hour based on tenure and performance.
- **Vacation Pay & Sick Days**: We contribute $1.05 - $1.50 per hour toward your vacation and sick days.
- **Quarterly Bonus**:We pay at 5% of your base pay with opportunity to triple it based on your performance. This works out to an additional $1.75 - $2.50 / Hour. If you do amazing, that means you can get up to an additional $5.25 - $7.50 per hour worked
- **Health Spending Account**:For every hour you work, you accumulate $0.75 toward your Health Spending Account, which can be used for prescription drugs, paramedical, vision care, and dental care.
- **Pension Plan & Employment Insurance Contributions**:We pay between $1.38 - $1.98 for every hour worked toward your Canada Pension Plan and Employment Insurance Plan.
**What It's Like to Work Here**

- **Vacation Days**:Vacation pay is paid weekly at 4% on your paycheque and you take two weeks off annually.
- **Personal Paid Days**:Up to five paid sick or personal days (pro-rated) to be used annually.

**Your Qualifications**
- G2 or G Driver's License in Ontario
- Ability to wear a face mask, disposable gloves, and disposable shoe covers while cleaning in people's homes
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and use
- Ability to read cleaning instructions in English
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating an exceptional customer cleaning experience
- Communicating with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction, including completing post-cleaning assessments and providing photography
- Create moments of magic to ensure a positive customer experience
- Complete quality control assessments and reviews to ensure our highest standards of client experience is met
- Complete cleaning activities, including but not limited to:

- Use Summerhill Clean cleaning products and procedures to clean in customer homes
- Use provided equipment including vacuums and microfibre cleaning cloths
- Clean all surfaces in home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
- Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors and furniture
- Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
- Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
- Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipment
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
- Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
