**CORPORATE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST**:
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
Lallemand is seeking a proactive and collaborative **_Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist_** to lead full-cycle recruitment across our business units. Reporting to the _Lead, HRBP_, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience that reflects Lallemand’s values and growth ambitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles, align on hiring needs, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Draft and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms (e.g., Lallemand Career Page, LinkedIn).
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts through equitable hiring practices and proactive pipeline development.
- Coordinate employment contracts and onboarding activities in collaboration with HR, Payroll and direct
- Ensure SharePoint and recruitment platform content (e.g., job postings, templates) is up to date and approve pending job descriptions.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to refine recruitment tools, interview guides, and hiring processes.
- Collaborate with the Corporate HR Compensation team to conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive offers.
- Review and maintain offer letter templates to ensure compliance and consistency across business units.
- Promote a strong employer brand and positive employee experience by highlighting company culture and managing feedback across recruitment platforms.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:
**Required**
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or multi-departmental environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.

**An asset**
- Experience recruiting for technical and scientific roles is an asset.
- Knowledge of Quebec labor laws and hiring practices is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter). (an asset).

- High level of autonomy, accountability, initiative, and organizational skills; able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and team orientation, but ability to work independently.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Competency in drafting job descriptions and employment contracts.

**GENERAL CRITERIA**:
**Required**
- Willingness to learn and perform various duties depending on the company's needs.
- This is a hybrid role based in Montreal, requiring a minimum on-site presence of three days per week.
- Travel as needed to represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities.
