- As a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent for various business roles.What you will do

**Hiring Managers Collaboration**
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake sessions with hiring managers to finalizing offers and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and provide tailored support throughout the recruitment journey.
- Regularly engage with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies for each role.
- Utilize market insights to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and optimize talent searches.

What you will bring
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a combination of corporate, startup, or agency settings.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing talent through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
- Experience in offer negotiation and influencing skills.
