**Job Description**:

- Collaborer avec les principales parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins de l'entreprise et assurer l'attraction, l'engagement et l'intégration des meilleurs talents

- Gérer de manière autonome le cycle complet de recrutement pour votre portefeuille désigné ; y compris la création d'offres d'emploi, la sélection et la présélection, les entretiens, la coordination et la facilitation des entretiens avec les responsables du recrutement et la gestion du processus de pré-embauche jusqu'à l'étape de l'offre et de l'intégration
- Sourcing stratégique et proactif à l'aide de canaux de recrutement numériques tels que les sites de carrière, les médias sociaux et les réseaux professionnels
- Fournir un service client supérieur aux groupes de clients internes en tant que partenaire commercial à valeur ajoutée
- Contribuer à des idées stratégiques pour améliorer continuellement notre stratégie d'acquisition de talents et d'intégration

- Managing autonomously the full cycle recruitment for your designated portfolio; including creating job postings, assist with screening & shortlisting, interviewing, coordinating, and facilitating hiring manager interviews and managing the pre-employment process through to offer and onboarding stage
- Strategic and proactive sourcing using digital recruitment channels such as career sites, social media, and professional networks
- Providing superior client service to internal client groups as a value-added business partner
- Contributing strategic ideas to continually improve our talent acquisition and onboarding strategy
- Updating the ATS, providing reports and data as required
- Develop relationships with diversity groups, associations, schools, and others specialized groups,
- Assists with trade shows, corporate events, local chamber of commerce events as well as other networking
- Develop a very strong network with social media. - Linked In, Facebook, Twitter
