**Who We're Looking For**
We're on the hunt for a dependable and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who is eager to join early and grow with our fast-paced startup. **Responsibilities**
- **Customer Communication**: Manage multiple communication channels, responding to incoming inquiries consistently and promptly.
- **Lead Management**: Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to organize and manage leads, ensuring they are nurtured and placed in appropriate workflows.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM to support accurate tracking and follow-up.
- **Escalation**: Identify and escalate inquiries that require specialized attention or a more detailed response.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- A proactive and consistent approach to work, with a focus on reliability and accuracy.
**Job Details**:
**Salary**: $45,000.00 base, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000.00, including commission.
