**About the Opportunity**
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Ministry of Skills Training, Employment, and Post-Secondary. The Assistant manages calendars, makes travel arrangements, handles inquiries from Chartered Community Citizens, coordinates internal and external meetings, manages meeting logistics, prepares meeting materials, records minutes, and tracks and follows-up on related action items as required. This role also involves organizing sensitive correspondence, maintaining filing systems, processing mailouts for projects, and performing various administrative tasks like photocopying, scanning, and record-keeping while ensuring confidentiality. Actively participate as a critical member of the Ministry of Employment and Skills Training team to create solutions that advance the successful, efficient, and effective delivery of MNBC’s Ministry initiatives.
