**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor office expenditures.
- Provide training development for new employees and ongoing staff training.
- Supervise administrative staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting or financial management is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Pay: $21.55-$26.12 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
