With our continued growth comes the need for heavy haul AZ drivers. This is a great opportunity for a driver to have a career in a growing company within a massive industry. Major duties may include but are not limited to; heavy haul scow work, roll-off, lugger, float, and dump trailer. We aim to utilize driver's strengths where they are comfortable, but we are always willing to train and teach drivers on equipment they are unfamiliar with or would like to learn.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid AZ licence
- CVOR & Driver's abstract
- 2-3 Years of AZ driving experience minimum

**Essential Skills and Responsibilities**:

- Experience in hauling scrap metal (or similar heavy hauling)
- Operate an 18 Speed Manual Transmission
- Clean CVOR
- Ability to do daily vehicle and pre-trip checks
- Perform basic maintenance on vehicles (fluid checks, top ups, light replacement etc.)
- Ability to safely secure loads
- Interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate with customers, yard and dispatch
- Attention to detail; ensure correctness of paperwork and scale tickets
- Adhere to all company and customer safety standards
