**OBJECTIVE**

Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Manager, the AZ Driver will be mainly responsible for the timely and accurate (local) delivery of EarthFresh product primarily within the GTA.
- **Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday, shift start time is approximately 6am.**_

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:

- High School diploma or Equivalent

Experience & Skills:

- Valid AZ Driver’s license with 3+ years’ professional driving work experience required
- Clean driver’s abstract, experience letters and CVOR (Commercial Vehicle Operator’s Registration) required
- Good geographic knowledge of GTA and surrounding area
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to lift, stack and carry up to 50 pounds as required
- Ability to work in a variety of weather, temperature and road conditions
- Flexibility with working hours and availability required

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Perform local deliveries primarily within the GTA and surrounding area (please note that delivery routes may extend as far east as Peterborough and as far west as Grand Bend).

2. Drive and operate straight trucks or trailers in a safe and professional manner.

3. Perform truck and trailer safety inspection reports.

4. Maintain accurate delivery log books, incident reports (as required) and handling of customer paperwork (bills of lading).

5. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety laws and regulations and EarthFresh GMPs/policies and procedures.

6. Other duties as required by the Shipping & Receiving Manager.
