**Role Summary**:
Additionally, you may assist with administrative tasks, such as collecting and organizing necessary documentation to ensure smooth deal completion. This combination of sales outreach and administrative support will be vital to the success of our client relationships and overall sales goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with a pipeline of former clients, offering timely and relevant solutions based on their current financial situation and business goals.
- Administrative Support for Deal Completion: Assist with collecting and organizing required documents from clients to help finalize deals. Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and submitted in a timely manner, supporting the sales process.
- Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor the success of re-engagement efforts, providing data-driven insights and feedback to optimize future outreach strategies. Report on progress toward revival sales goals and performance metrics.
- Manage CRM and Client Data: Update and maintain client profiles in CRM systems (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, and continuously refine lists of potential revival clients.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Account Executive role, ideally in finance or B2B environments.
- Previous experience re-engaging dormant clients or leads is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and French): Proficient in both languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills in each.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to build relationships and engage clients with personalized, thoughtful outreach.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and responsiveness to client needs.
- Analytical mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement of outreach efforts.
