**Sales & Customer Service Coordinator**

**TMSI Ltd**, is a container transportation company based in Dartmouth NS specializing in commercial cargo transportation between Atlantic Canada and Newfoundland. We have an immediate opening for Sales & Customer Service Coordinator in our Dartmouth office.

**Job Duties**:

- As a sales professional, you will work closely with key members of the company to help develop territory and account strategies to support overall sales growth.
- Provide assistance and support to management with day-to-day administrative requirements of the office
- Identify new business opportunities and strive to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Work closely with key members of the company to help develop territory and account strategies to support overall sales growth.
- Manage all phases of the sales process, liaise regularly with customers and oversee the smooth delivery of their shipments
- Willing to be cross-trained and able to assume the duties of your fellow teammates when required.
- other duties as required by Management
- motivated and able to in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work with team members and independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-directed, organized and have problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record with a strong focus on new business development.
- Strong Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Excel skills and comfortable using database management systems
- Strong negotiations skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High passion for sales
- French is an asset
- Positive disposition.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am / 5pm. TMSI Ltd offers a competitive salary and benefits package based on your skills and experience.
