Dartmouth, Canada Stor-it Systems Ltd Full time

As the Outside Sales Consultant you will manage a territory and be the main point of contact with customers. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring our existing customers are well serviced. You will act as a project manager for customers from first point of contact including scheduling meetings, taking any onsite measurements, designing, providing quotes for customer and filling out paperwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer inquiries, acquire quotes from suppliers, prepare quotations, pricing and send to customer for approval
- Customer data entry into CRM
- Process approved customer documents
- Confidence with troubleshooting, investigating and providing solutions
- Develop and maintain a thorough technical understanding of the product lines represented by Stor-it Systems Ltd
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of pricing structures
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Inside Sales
- Participate in trade shows as required
- Perform other miscellaneous and related duties as required or requested

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or college diploma an asset, but not required
- Trades experience an asset
- Industrial Sales experience an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft office programs
- Customer Relationship Management software experience
- Ability to travel on a regular basis

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
