**The Opportunity**

**Retail Sales Consultant**

Here we grow again Our office in Dartmouth is in need of a retail sales consultant to join our team. You would be responsible for meeting with customers coming to view our pre-owned inventory. Little to no pre-owned sales experience is necessary, we are willing to train the right individual. You will gain experience in retail automotive sales, bank financing, commercial leasing and customer service. Here at Jim Pattison Lease, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a self-starter mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team in a growing and fast paced environment.

**Position Description**

Our ever growing dealership requires a car salesperson to maintain and grow a customer database to identify potential customers, follow up with existing customers, and ensure overall customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle purchasing process

**Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Vehicle presentations to clients.
- Accurately and informatively present clients with purchase options.
- Plan and organize accordingly to meet individual and department sales goals.
- Schedule appointments for test drives, deliveries and ensure preparedness of the vehicle and documents.
- Promote new business and contribute to company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
- General lot and dealership duties as needed.
