Get Going sells cars remotely, to customers all across Western Canada, with multiple dealership partners, and hundreds of vehicles in our inventory

We train our Junior Finance Managers from the ground up, from some of the best minds in the automotive industry doing the training. We always promote from within, and the potential for growth in our company has no ceiling. If you pick up on the sales process quickly, you will be promoted to a Senior position very quickly

Our team's entire focus is having a great work-life balance. We have a lot of fun, we frequently have team events like; Deep sea chartered fishing trips, ATV/RAZOR trips to Whistler, rounds of golf, and office parties

We have no set schedule posted in the office, only expectations for results You set your own schedule, and for the most part, we typically work Monday to Friday, and only come in on the weekends if we have things that need to get done, or if we are behind targets

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond quickly to incoming inquiries, collect the information from clients necessary to complete financing
- Coordinate with Finance Director to secure approvals and satisfy bank stipulations
- Present and negotiate pricing and payments with clients
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to arrange a smooth delivery to the customer
- Provide excellent customer service to each and every client, before and after the sale
- Grasp a clear understanding of what the client is looking for, and hunt down those options within our inventory
- Participate in training sessions

**Experience**:

- Background in sales preferred, but not necessary, training will be provided
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langley, BC V3A 4G3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)Responsibilities:

- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct cost control analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize expenses.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely collection and payment.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and make recommendations for cash management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards, including GAAP.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost management initiatives.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in public accounting or a similar role in a corporate finance setting.
- Strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in technical accounting standards and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
