**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**QuickBooks Management**: Review and revise employee timesheets, enter receipts, and perform other accounting tasks in QuickBooks.

**Employee Enrollment & Termination**: Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

**Marketing Support**: Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media management and other promotional activities.

**Administrative Duties**: Draft and manage legal documents, correspondence, proposals and other office-related tasks.

**Independent & Team Work**: Operate efficiently both independently and within a team-oriented environment. Must be able to work autonomously when owners, General Manager, and Operations Manager are not present.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum 5 years of office administration experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks.

**Education**: Two Year Office Administration Diploma or equivalent

**Technical Skills**: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MacBook and Apple Products. We do not use PC or Android Products in our company.

**Language Skills**: Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills. French language proficiency is an asset.

**Self-Starter**: Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
