**Please read the job description below.**
- Oversee the operation of mixing department in a food processing plant
- Manage the mixing process for cookie dough production lines with a hands-on approach
- Supervise employees ensuring recipes are followed as per required production schedule and goals are achieved
- Train employees to work in the mixing department as required
- Communicate company policies and ensures compliance with work rules and safety requirements
- Inspect batch mixtures to ensure customer specifications are followed, work closely with standards outlined by Quality Assurance Team
- Coordinate and schedule activities of workers
- Check and verify production records

**Skills and Experience**
- Past experience in a food manufacturing environment ( bakery ) strongly preferred
- Positive attitude
- HACCP, GMP, Food Safety knowledge is an asset
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work any shift including nights and weekends
- Team player with proven problem-solving skills
- Multi task performer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per year
