Production Supervisor Join Aerotek in Toronto as a Production Supervisor. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toronto, ON. The role is fully onsite. Job Must Haves 3+ years of production supervisor experience Experience overseeing/managing 10+ employees Experience with assembly and reading blueprints Job Duties Supervise production employees, manage scheduling, and oversee plant opening and closing Train staff on ISO standards, safety, WHMIS, and equipment operation Support hiring, performance management, and development of employee skills Coordinate daily production activities, assign tasks, and ensure work orders are completed on time Maintain product quality to company, customer, and ISO standards; conduct inspections with engineering Assist with production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and capital project input Manage warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and delivery truck utilization Work with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve technical or operational issues Support creation, review, and modification of production documentation and drawings Maintain a strong understanding of equipment, process capabilities, and safe operation Shift Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am Why work with this company?
