**Bakeshop - Ingredient Mixer/ Dough Feeder (food processing plant)**

**Must have experience in ingredient mixing, scaling from a bakery environment.**

**Able to read and understand formulas prior to mixing, dough feeding.**

**Should be able to communicate and write in English**
- Must have sufficient physical resources to perform heavy lifting,

pushing, pulling and using tools in the bakeshop;
- Effective problem solving and machinery trouble shooting skills;
- Reading and writing ability; effective oral communication skills;
- Manual dexterity is required and using appropriate tools as required.
- Excellent attendance record and Health & Safety record
- Strong commitment to work place food safety policies and practices
- Ability to learn and perform all other bakeshop duties whenever and as required as per production needs.
