**DOUGH BAKESHOP** is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and **EXPERIENCED BAKER** to join our team.

**Duties**
- Production of doughs and fillings -- including pies, quiche, tarts, bars, cookies and cakes -- all from scratch and in alignment with the high standard of our shop.
- Prepping, scaling, shaping, and decorating in accordance with our established recipes and aesthetic, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assisting our lead bakers with bread, pastry, and tart production.
- Provide customer service from time to time by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met by adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Strong background or training in food preparation, cooking, and baking practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage your own time in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for fresh, homemade baked goods and high-quality products.

**Details**
- $20.00/hour to start plus tips, depending on experience
- 4-5 shifts per week, typically Tuesday-Saturday
- Availability around major holidays

**Assets**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 37.5 per week
