**Junior IT Support Specialist**

Our company is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal staff, assist with maintenance of our IT infrastructure, user account creation and administration, and picking up jobs from the queue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up calls from the queue and assist users with technical issues
- Troubleshoots or repairs problems with hardware, software, and office equipment
- Monitor and maintain workstations and other end-user devices
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups
- Keep accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware and software inventory
- Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments
- Monitor and maintain user permissions and rights
- Assist with training and IT education as needed

**Role Requirements**
- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work expereince in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced enviornment and pick up calls from the queue is needed

**Pay Range**

$20 - $25 per hour ( based on expereince )
