**Company Overview**

**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking a **Junior Project Coordinator** to support our growing team. This full-time, remote role is ideal for someone starting their career in architecture, design, or construction project coordination. You will work closely with the Project Manager and receive training in tenant improvement plan development, permitting, and construction coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting architectural, millwork, and signage plans using AutoCAD
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Conducting site audits and reviewing reference materials
- Coordinating with sub-consultants, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Assisting with tender processes and procurement documentation
- Supporting daily project management tasks and internal communication

**Qualifications**
- Education or experience in architectural design, drafting, or construction management
- Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and internet tools
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
- Willingness to travel within Canada for site visits as needed
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
- Paid vacation and sick days
