Position Title: Marketing Manager

Reports to: Managing Director

LEON CYCLE is the retail arm of the LEISGER Cycle Group, makers of premium electric bikes under the brand names NCM and LEISGER, and of electric bike components under Das-Kit and DeHawk. Originally, the LEISGER Cycle Group set up its online retail under the name LEON CYCLE in 2014 in Germany; the company is fast growing in market share and expanding all across Europe. Now, the Group looks to confidently enter the US and Canada markets.

We are passionate about electric bicycles. Each and every team member of our sales and technical staff is highly trained and has hands-on experience with electric bicycles.

LEON CYCLE - Your e-bike specialist.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including campaigns, promotions, social media activities, and other initiatives to build brand awareness and drive growth.
- Perform competitive analysis, industry research and always stay abreast of the latest trends to develop new market opportunities and strategies to drive brand recognition, market positioning, and continuous growth of the organization.
- Interact with overseas area marketing teams to exchange plans and align with one another.
- Collaborate to create and manage both short and long-term marketing and promotional calendars.
- Review all campaigns and ensure they are relevant, on brand and meet our high aesthetic standards.
- Test the effectiveness of, and if necessary, change the area planning and promotional calendars.
- Manage and coordinate with design and content to create advertising material (web banners, graphics, social media content, and copy)
- Develop brand partnerships that elevate the NCM and Leon Cycle brands.
- Provide fresh, unique marketing ideas and concepts inspired by working in the e-bike industry.
- Develop relevant analytics reports to measure the performance of digital marketing programs performance.
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (sporting goods and specifically bicycle preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills
