The Territory Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing business operations within a designated region. This role involves identifying opportunities for business growth, expanding the customer base, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. The Territory Area Manager ensures the effective delivery of products and services, while also optimizing processes and meeting performance targets. This position focuses on maximizing performance and increasing market share within the assigned territory.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the designated territory, building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product and Service Promotion**: Educate customers on products and services, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- **Business Development**: Work with clients to identify opportunities for growth, improving service offerings, and creating tailored solutions for their specific needs.
- **Territory Management**: Oversee operations within the territory, ensuring product availability, distribution, and quality standards are met.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track performance metrics and ensure that targets for the region are achieved, including customer acquisition and retention goals.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to adapt strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: $700.00-$1,081.00 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
