Territory Account Manager

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients within a designated geographic region. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring clients receive the best value from our products and services. The TAM will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the region and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our offerings.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the assigned territory. Engage with potential clients, cultivate relationships, and explore ways to support their business objectives with our solutions.
- **Client Engagement & Consultations**: Meet regularly with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- **Account Optimization**: Monitor client accounts to ensure they are maximizing the value from our products and services. Proactively identify opportunities to introduce additional offerings that can benefit the client.
- **Market Insights & Trends**: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to inform discussions with clients and identify areas for growth.
- **Client Retention & Support**: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution. Address any concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure clients receive timely support as needed.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including customer support, marketing, and product development, to ensure smooth implementation of client solutions and address any client needs or feedback.
- **Contract Management**: Support the negotiation and finalization of client agreements. Ensure that contracts are aligned with client expectations and company policies.
- **Data Tracking & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and business opportunities. Regularly report on client status and provide updates to the management team.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience leadership roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies
Pay: $700.00-$1,000.00 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
