CTS Canada currently operates 7 warehouses and offices across Canada. The HQ office is located in North York. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**: **Leadership and Management**:Oversee warehouse operations with a focus on safety, service excellence, and financial objectives. Lead and mentor the supervisory team and warehouse staff to ensure alignment in achieving these goals. **Operational Excellence**:Design and implement efficient operational schedules to enhance productivity. Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with company standards and exceed customer expectations. **Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. **Financial Oversight**:Manage the warehouse's financial operations strategically, focusing on budgeting and cost-saving initiatives. Monitor daily expenditures, identify budget variances, and implement strategies for cost reduction. Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to assess performance against financial targets. **Safety and Compliance**:Ensure adherence to all safety policies, conduct regular inspections and training, and uphold high standards of workplace safety and sanitation. **Employee Management**:Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of warehouse staff. Foster a culture of excellence by motivating the team to achieve peak productivity and performance, while supporting their growth within the organization. **Performance Management**:Evaluate departmental performance by monitoring daily KPIs and ensuring efficient task completion. Act as the primary liaison between Maple Supply Chain and our customers to facilitate smooth operations and exceptional service. **Facility Management**:Supervise the maintenance of the facility and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and warehousing standards. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety. **Qualifications**: **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. **Professional Experience**:3-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, warehouse, and logistics management, preferably in a high-velocity distribution environment. Proven track record of operational success and effective team leadership is essential. **Leadership Skills**:Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. Experience in motivating teams to meet high performance standards. **Technical Proficiency**:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). **Industry Knowledge**:In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and relevant legal guidelines in the logistics and supply chain field. **Communication and Problem-Solving**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. **Organizational Skills**:Highly organized with a strong work ethic, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. *** **Salary: $65,000** **Benefits**: Extended health care On-site parking Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed **Experience**: **Warehouse: 3 years (required)** **Leadership: 1 year (required)** **Language Requirements**: **Mandarin (required)** **Work Location: In-person** **Location: Mississauga** Pay: $65,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
