**Time **- 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

**Pay Rate **- $23-25/Hr.

**Job Summary**: We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a food processing plant, who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. Often work in busy environments where priorities can change at a moment’s notice, so an ability to multitask is and delegate is essential with this role.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a line lead/warehouse supervisor ( Prefer food processing company)
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Must have valid Forklift license and experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
- Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
- Communicating with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
- Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
- Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery

**Skills**:

- Ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and production issues
- Clear knowledge of warehouse operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Management skills
- Leadership and organizational skills to run the warehouse efficiently
- Proficiency in inventory and/or invoice software
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods when working on the warehouse floor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
