**Job Summary**

We are embarking on the next phase of our growth we are looking to expand and strengthen our warehouse management team. As a warehouse supervisor, you will be a key contributor on our team as you support the execution of warehouse activities & coordination with the front office team.

**Description of Role**:
**Warehouse Supervisor** is responsible for ensuring the timely & accurate execution of all warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will work alongside the warehouse manager utilizing the resources available to ensure that all inbound & outbound shipments and other warehouse tasks are handled in a timely and accurate manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of receiving, order picking and shipping our products.
- Ensure all pick locations are properly stocked before each work-day
- Manage and motivate team members as required
- responsible for ensuring that warehouse equipment is properly maintained
- Manage the warehouse team and ensure productivity targets are hit.
- Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met.

**Skill, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Detail oriented & accurate with transactions
- Minimum of 4 years experience in supervisor or management role preferably in a warehouse or similar environment
- Experience organizing daily and weekly employee tasks
- Energy & endurance to work in an extremely fast paced and changing environment.
- Netsuite ERP experience preferred.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 2 years (required)
- Management: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
