**About us**

We are an auto brokerage that offers a fast and headache free process to clients that are looking to sell their vehicle. In addition to our nationwide buyer network, we have expertise in exporting vehicles to a vast network of US buyers as well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and book online acquisition opportunities through Auto Trader, Kijiji and Market Place
- Analyze client needs and recommend to them how are service may benefit them.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients who are looking for assistance with selling their vehicle.
- Utilize vehicle management software, such as vAuto, to track customer interactions and maintain accurate valuation records.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing or appointment coordinator role preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of automotive industry would be considered an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
