_**Business Development / Appointment Coordinator**_

Are you fun, driven, hard working, and love to help people? We are looking for a Full-Time Business Development Coordinator to join the team at Calgary Hyundai

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Answer inbound sales calls transferred over the phone
- Correspond with Managers to provide accurate information on vehicles
- Keep up to date with inventory, and product knowledge
- Correspond with customers via their preferred contact method to schedule appointments
- Write descriptions on new intake vehicles for websites
- Generate business through accurate and consistent follow ups with customers
- Log any, and all information into proper sites for vehicles, customers, etc.
- Be able to multitask while maintaining accurate and consistent in duties
- Assist sales associates when applicable
- Assign appointments and tasks to sales associates when applicable
- Fill in sales associates on all information regarding appointments assigned to them

- Well spoken on the phone
- Strong vocabulary and solid typing skills
- Ability to be punctual, dependable and reliable
- A magnetic personality
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to speak, read, type and write proficiently in English.
- Experience with CRM system, and a working knowledge of standard computer programs including Excel, MS Word and Google Documents
- Team player with a very positive and proactive attitude. Collaboration and a sense of humor are a must in this role. We are a ‘family minded’ team and rely on one another to succeed. Confidence to work both independently and as a team are crucial to everyone’s success at the dealership.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
