What You'll Do

Join our team and help keep everything running smoothly for both customers and the Finance Team. You'll coordinate appointments, stay on top of communication, and make sure every customer moves smoothly toward their new bike with confidence and excitement.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Schedule and confirm appointments with customers for the Finance and Delivery Teams
• Process deposit payments and refunds
• Monitor and return calls, texts, and emails
• Track incoming inventory status and proactively schedule related appointments
• Provide the Finance Team with necessary documents such as invoices
• Communicate with internal departments and customers to keep the process flowing
• Maintain secure handling of customer information

Must-Haves:

• Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new systems and dealership software
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Experience handling payments (training provided)
• Software experience is not required; we will train

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in a dealership, call center, admin, or customer-service role
• Interest in motorcycles (riding experience is a bonus)
• Previous scheduling or coordination experience
• Familiarity with sales environments

Start Date: Immediate

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
