**Position Overview**:
Compugen is seeking an Order Fulfillment representative committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. The Order Fulfillment representative is responsible for processing orders for multiple customers through Compugen’s order entry tools. The goal is to ensure that our customers’ expectations are proactively managed and exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process orders and provide confirmation with 1st level acknowledgment within defined service levels
- Process returns requests from customers and provide follow up
- Make changes and cancellations to orders as required
- Manage orders throughout the life of the order from entry to delivery
- Liaise with inside sales representatives (ISR) to understand customer profiles
- Resolve any order related problems using tenacity, persistence, and a high level of tactfulness
- Manage open orders through the following criteria:

- Ensure orders are free of holds and are posting on time
- Identify possible end of life products on orders
- Identify products with lengthy lead times and work with ISR to resolve
- Re-allocate product as required based on delivery requirements
- Ensure that all KPI’s and SLAs are being met to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

**Drive Critical Outcomes**
- Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements
- Sales Order Accuracy
- Order to Ship Metric

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multifunctional areas with other internal stakeholders
- Post-secondary education would be an asset
- Strong written communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Extremely well structured, organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including, Excel, Teams & Outlook is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bilingualism in FR/EN is an asset
