As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented **Order Fulfillment Associate** to join our team and help us manage inventory, pick and pack orders with efficiency and accuracy, and ensure our customers receive their products on time. This role reports to our Warehouse Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all orders meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Perform daily inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory to management.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in processing returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate with the team to improve fulfillment processes and warehouse operations.
- Other projects, duties and assignments as required from time-to-time. We are a small but mighty team and we all do a little bit of everything

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role preferred but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with Shopify is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Willingness to adapt and contribute to a growing business.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be able to work evenings as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be over 18 years old.
