**About the Role**:
We are looking to hire an Order Fulfillment Specialist for a full-time position at TKEQ the Shop. You will work closely with the Marketing and Production Team on a day-to-day basis. This is an unique opportunity for someone with education/experience within the fashion industry. You will learn our shipment process by assisting both the online and wholesale team with packing, shipping and fulfilling orders. You will have the opportunity to learn how to use eCommerce platforms, and Shipping logistics. The job role will consist of daily tasks such as picking, packing and shipping orders for an E-Comm boutique. As well as organizing stock, replenishing inventory and ensuring the fulfillment supplies are in order. You will also assist with the team with counting inventory, helping ship promotional orders, steaming and various other tasks as needed. Some additional tasks may include trips to suppliers located in Calgary; reliable transportation is a must. In collaboration with the Marketing team, you will manage PR packages as well as orders for various Equestrian organizations. This role will also assist with Customer Service inquiries through our online support channel.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Fashion Industry
- Advanced PC skills (proficient using Google Suite, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical, strong problem solver and extremely organized
- Capable of managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Reliable car

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
