Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Lead Hand, the Order Fulfillment Specialist will play a key role in supporting Blackline’s fulfillment operations. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for picking and packing Blackline’s world class devices, ensuring our customers receive their life-saving devices on time, and in the highest quality condition.

**Qualifications**
- Preference will be given to applicants with previous Order Fulfillment/Warehouse experience.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, with preference given to those with a relevant Technical Diploma
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in an Order Fulfillment - Packaging environment
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Moderate experience in Microsoft Excel and Word

**Responsibilities**:

- Read Sales orders to determine quantity and type of product
- Locate product in Blackline’s warehouse
- Load, unload, sort and move product manually and using material handling equipment
- Perform device gas calibrations using automated dock stations
- Pack the merchandise as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Deliver the packed items to the shipping area
- Inspect the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.
- Ensure a quality product is packaged and shipped to our customers.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
- Manual handling of incoming and outgoing product
- Standing for extended periods
- Operating hand tools, dollies, and lift tables
- Wearing PPE as required
- Repetitive lifting and moving of goods weighing approximately 50lbs
