Reporting to the President, you will have varied duties to assist in all aspects of the deal making and due diligence process.

Following are many of the professional and personal qualities required for this position:

- A minimum professional designation such as a Bachelor of Commerce, MBA, or CPA.
- Ability to undertake research for potential prospects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and orally.
- Ability to work flexible hours, when necessary.
- A desire to work in a goal-oriented environment versus time-oriented.
- Highly organized.
- A positive attitude towards a paperless, technology-driven work environment with the ability and desire to learn new software programs and systems.
- Good understanding of financial statements and bookkeeping.

You will receive a base salary commensurate with your experience, plus exceptional bonuses.
