We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for order process and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing
- Order Maintenance
- Communication with Dealers, sales reps and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of orders
- Preparing Open Order Reports
- Customer Portal management and trouble shooting
- Setting up and Maintaining customer master and sales rep master
- Repricing orders
- Communication and guide order support team to take appropriate actions on order maintenance for accounts as needed
- Responding to dealer and sales rep inquiries in timely manner
- Credit and Rebill customers as communicated by AR department
- Managing orders for items going on IQC hold and maintaining reserves
- Assisting LG service team by releasing the product for service exchange orders
- Process X dock and Transload orders

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Knowledge of EDI function
- Ability to utilize excellent collaborative skills while dealing with customers and sales team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel proficient)
- Supply Chain and/or Logistics certifications also an asset
- College Diploma in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain
- 3+ years of relevant experience
