A Bit About The Role:
The Order Management & Subscriptions Analyst is responsible for processing and managing orders from Imagine’s Video and AdTech portfolios for Hardware, Perpetual and Recurring Software, Professional Services and Support. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external customers regarding order processing, fulfilment status and billing related issues.

Working closely with external customers’ purchasing departments as well as several internal functions like Sales, Inside Sales, Supply Chain Operations, Accounting and Legal, working collaboratively with a team of people who are committed to supporting the company's growth.
- Timely and accurate processing and invoicing of all sales Orders & Subscription contracts
- Primary point of contact for any questions related to the orders and subscriptions processed
- Full understanding of the internal Order Management & Contracts Booking & Billing policies
- Audit responsibility for all orders processed
- Validating accuracy of orders & subscription contracts
- Utilize multiple resources on top of Orders Management & Subscription modules for entering in the system, understanding of Salesforce for quotes, customer master, item master, etc. for viewing and collecting information
- Monitor and review outstanding Order fulfillment and Subscription billing issues and follow up with the appropriate internal or external team(s) to address and ensure corrective actions
- Running and analyzing reports using systems like MicroStrategy (MSTR), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), etc.
- Track and follow up on disputes/ missing information through to resolution
- Identify and bring to light any gaps or process improvements
- Interact with teams responsible for installation/ implementation to ensure client expectations are met

About You:

- Post-secondary education
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working with, and helping others on the team to get the job done
- Order administration/ billing management experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management & Subscription modules and Salesforce is preferred
- Proficient in Excel (Pivots, lookups, upload functions) and trainable
- Familiar with software sales related concepts like recurring billing, Managed Services, SaaS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-based environment with hard deadlines
- Detail-oriented and good analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at different levels
- Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- High customer service orientation
- Time management skills
